Credit Card Fraud
Any customer placing an order using a credit card they have not been authorized to use or any customer that disputes a valid charge for delivered merchandise, has committed credit card fraud, a felony, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If a customer disputes a valid charge from "Your Mobile Desk" on their credit card, a $30 fee will be imposed to cover the costs of initiating a chargeback reversal. We take credit card dispute resolution abuse very seriously. All customer billing concerns can be resolved by contacting our Customer Service team by phone or e-mail.

Please note that our on line store will automatically reject orders when the shipping address of your order does not match the billing address that your credit card company has on file. If you experience a problem during the on-line ordering process, you can still place an order but our bank requires that we follow additional procedures to verify card authenticity.

Shipping Policy
We believe that the best customer service tells you honestly what to expect, rather than disappoint you with broken promises and failed delivery. We strive to provide outstanding, reliable service in fulfilling all of your PDA needs. We believe our commitment to real customer service by knowledgeable, helpful staff will keep you coming to Your Mobile Desk.com to get the PDA products you need.

We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) as a shipper of preference. We ship daily Monday-Friday. Please allow up 24 hours to process your order. We will do our best to ship all Next-Day orders the same day they are received. Any order placed after 2:30 PM (EST) will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that weather may prevent deliveries from reaching their destination, we can not be held responsible for this matter.

If your order contains both in stock and back-ordered items, the in stock items will be shipped as requested if the order meets the following criteria for the different shipping means:

Overnight Air - Regardless of order value or quantity, the in stock items will be shipped immediately.

2-Day Air, 3 Day Air, & UPS Ground - For orders containing 2-3 items and the order value of the in stock items is over $150.00, the in stock items will be shipped immediately. For orders containing 4 or more items and the value of the in stock items is over $100.00, the in stock items will be shipped immediately.

If your order contains a back-ordered item and does not meet the above criteria, your order will be shipped complete once the back-ordered items are received.

If your order meets the above criteria, your back-ordered items will be shipped via Ground UPS Service once all the back-ordered items have been received.

Prices do not include Shipping, Insurance, Duty, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees (if applicable) and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order confirmation:

Our Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems you may have. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and a 30-day return policy (from date of delivery) (see below "Non-Defective Returns") . The warranty period and services varies by manufacturer and product.

The refund shall be made in the same form of payment the original purchase was made. For example, the refund will be credited back to the purchasing credit card, or wire transfer, etc.

Returns will be processed within 10-20 business days of receipt. You will be notified by email regarding the status of your return. Shipping and Insurance charges are not refundable.

Non-Defective Returns:
All returns must be received by Your Mobile Desk.Com no later then 30 days from the day you received the item(s). For example, you place an order on January 1, the products arrive at your location on January 4, you will need to receive an RMA # and have the items returned at our warehouse no later then February 3.

All non-defective returns must arrive in original packaging in resalable condition, with all original components (manuals, boxes, packing material, bags and so on) included, or the package will be returned to you and no refund will be given. There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective opened/unopened items. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to “Your Mobile Desk” at their expense. We strongly recommend that you insure the package as well as request an acknowledgement of delivery from the carrier that you use. Opened, shrink-wrapped software and functioning special order items are not returnable. The return shipping, insurance, duty or taxes (if applicable) and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that canceling an order "after" it has shipped will be treated as a "Non-Defective Return".

Dead-On-Arrival Products:
For orders that are Dead-On-Arrival (D.O.A.), “Your Mobile Desk” will arrange for a same item replacement.

Some Manufacturers have a restrictive return policy that does not allow “Your Mobile Desk” to take returns on their products. When you contact us for an RMA # , we will inform you if your item needs to be returned to the Manufacturer directly for a replacement.

Defective wireless products must be exchanged within 15 days. No returns will be accepted on these products.

Product Replacements:
All returns must be received by Your Mobile Desk.Com no later then 30 days from the day you received the item(s). For example, you place an order on January 1, the products arrive at your location on January 4, you will need to receive an RMA # and have the items returned at our warehouse no later then February 3.

If you are not satisfied, or your product does not function normally within 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a replacement of the same, or a different item. Charges or refunds will be made for price differences accordingly (exchanges made with non-defective items will incur the same 15% restocking fee as with all other non-defective returns). All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. “Your Mobile Desk” will not ship out the replacement product until we receive the original order back. You may however, place another order for the item which will ship immediately, and “Your Mobile Desk” will credit your account once we receive the returned item(s). We strongly recommend that you insure the package as well as request an acknowledgement of delivery from the carrier that you use. You must obtain a "return merchandise authorization (RMA)" code by sending an email to “Your Mobile Desk” Customer Service at (Click HERE) before returning an item or call us at 516-628-0300. “Your Mobile Desk” will not accept any returns without an RMA #. The RMA # must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Any items returned without an RMA# will be refused. We strongly recommend that you insure the package as well as request an acknowledgement of delivery from the carrier that you use. Opened, shrink-wrapped software and functioning special order items are not returnable. The return shipping, insurance, duty or taxes (if applicable) and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that if the product you're returning included a gift with purchase or other promotion, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund. Also be aware that a return may void a multiple purchase discount.

Typographical Errors and Omissions:
Please understand that we have made every possible effort to ensure that the products, the price and additional information are as accurate as possible.

In the event that an error is made on our part we do reserve the right not to sell an item. This error may include but not be limited to the following issues:

  • Incorrect price listed (a price listed by mistake that is grossly below our cost).
  • Product availability (if a product is not available to us from its respected manufacturer).
  • Product Recall (if a product is under or pending a recall from the manufacturer).
  • Defective Product (if we become aware that a product has a material defect).
  • Public Safety (if we feel that the product will be used in a manner not related to its original intended purpose).
